Animals Live animals and birds, of course , need that extra attention, and at Maastricht Airport, we offer you a superb range of facilities. For hoofed animals , such as horses, we have built a separate, temperature controlled facility with 24 boxes sufficient for up to 72 horses at one time. Everything is designed to ensure that your precious live cargo reaches its final destination in a fit and healthy condition. From specially-coated floors, to automated feeding and watering systems, to around-the-clock monitoring and care by specially-trained personnel.
